1960s FISH Belt--Leather with handcrafted Silver fish Decorations & Buckle

Estate fresh to market from the 1960s I estimate a very unusual handcrafted leather belt mounted with cut out and hand beaten silver (unmarked maybe silverplated) fish decorations and a fish buckle---the belt and buckle from end to end measure about 43 inches--the leather alone measures about 39" and the buckle alone is 4.00". The belt is about 1/2" wide--I have no idea who made this very cool old belt and condition is quite good.
