SHIPPING:
USA - Items ship within 1-2 days of payment being received or sooner (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Although orders typically arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped, please allow up to 14 days (not including Sundays and Holidays) as USPS is experiencing more frequent delays due to the current crisis. A single patch under 5" x 5" is sent in a stamped envelope. If you need tracking on a stamped envelope, I can add USPS "Certified Mail" (or similar upgrade with tracking) for a flat .60. This is the cheapest option offered by USPS for tracking on a stamped letter. This flat rate is good for up to 5 patches of similar size. To request Certified Mail, you must commit to purchase the item, then send a message from the order before you actually pay, with the subject "certified mail." I can then send an invoice with the adjusted shipping. You can also request this after you pay, but keep in mind that once an item is marked "shipped," no changes can be made to the shipping method. OUTSIDE USA/INTERNATIONAL - Items ship within 2 days of payment being received or sooner (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Although most items arrive within 2 weeks, shipping times can vary quite a bit from country to country. Please allow up to 30 days for shipments to arrive, from the day they are sent (excluding Sundays and Holidays). If you've ordered multiple patches and the shipping costs were not automatically combined, please wait for the invoice before paying so I can combine them for you. You can also simply pay for the order, then message me "combine shipping" and I will manually refund the difference. Any issues, feel free to send a message.
All patches are SEW ON only. Iron-on patches tend to come off over time. It is better to sew them. If you need to, you can add a little bit of fabric glue and let it dry just to hold the patch in place exactly where you want it. Then sew it on.
